I’ve lost weight for several different reasons throughout the years. I’m sure many of you have too. If you aren’t someone who has battled with their weight before, you’re lucky. I have always had trouble with mine. I’m now on a great “change of life” and very proud that I began.
I think I have told you my “why’s” before (If I can remember what they all were):
1. to get the weight off my joints because of my arthritis
2. to be here for Gracie, to be able to do more with her
There may have been more and they could have been quoted differently. I just know that my main goal is to raise this little human I brought into this world into the MOST and BEST she can be. I want to be here for the Grandchildren she hopefully brings into my life. I want to be a Grandma like my friend, Candi. She’s awesome (and as skinny as a rail, always has been).
I can tell you that I had my blood work checked at my quarterly appointment and it was the best it’s been in quite some time. I was so proud. I have had trouble with my arthritis since I’ve began the “change of life” I’ve placed myself on. I just am hoping as the weight slips off, the flare ups will slow down.
What is your WHY and WHAT are you waiting on?
