Behind, I think most of my readers are use to me being behind. Gracie had a four day weekend this week though and I’ve had a great time with her. We even did just a very small bit of shopping. I really mean small too, usually we go all out.
The best thing about this “change of life” for me is all the changes. This time around my weight loss journey has stuck around much longer for me and my mind has actually changed. I’ve already told you about my not being hungry and no cravings.
The reason we had to do a little bit of shopping were my bras were beginning to not fit and they were actually making me feel uncomfortable. So, when the BEAR (Gracie) woke up, we ran off to the mall. We went and started looking for bras. OK, at the same store, same type of bra- I went down a band size and two cup sizes. It didn’t make Michael extremely happy but, hey—— I’m bouncing off the walls! I haven’t worn this cup size since I was in high school :).
I was also able to wear a pair of Rock Revival Jeans and Miss Me Jeans that I haven’t had on in two years, yes, two years! They fit without me having to jump around and make them fit too. Now, Michael liked that! The jeans I have been wearing are a little saggy in the behind. So, I’m really glad that I reached into the back of my closet and brought out my old jeans. I love doing measurements on each Friday. I’d love to measure more often but I won’t. It’s like Christmas on Friday :).
This has already made me want to get out of my t-shirt and tennis shoes mode and get back into my blouse and cowgirl boots mode. I’m feeling so much better, I just can’t express it. I feeling better mentally, physically and emotionally. This is all because of my new views on my “change of life”.
