Well, I will tell you the truth. When our house burned in 2014, I lost everything and I do mean everything. I had to purchase all new appliances and I trusted the salesperson (without doing my homework- because I didn’t have a computer) when he told me a certain brand was the SUPERIOR BRAND. Well, I’m so glad that I bought the extended warranty because I had to have the dryer replaced (a brand new dryer came to my house) and if a part doesn’t show up soon, I’m going to have to have my refrigerator (same brand) replaced – BRAND NEW refrigerator.
