I am SO sorry that I didn’t get to post last week, when it rains it pours at the Cocherell/Sparks household. I know it does at everyone else’s too. During the past two weeks of my weight loss journey, a lot of things have changed. I’m feeling SO good about each and everyone of them too.
Just in the past week or so, I had to contact a health coach and tell her that I was so full, I didn’t want to eat my next small meal. On my program, I eat 6 small meals a day. That is MORE times than I regularly eat before this “change of life” began. I’m not calling it a diet anymore because it is a “change of life” for me.
Why am I calling it a “change of life”? Well, read on! I took Gracie to see my Uncle Loyd on Monday. He loves to see her and they both love pizza. Michael wanted me to pick him up a pizza for his supper and Gracie decided that she wanted one for supper too (told you she loved it). I didn’t eat one slice and I didn’t EVEN want to.
Another thing I would not have normally done happened this week too. I won some oatmeal that I dearly LOVE. I just can’t have this type of oatmeal on this “change of life”. Didn’t bother me at all, but I didn’t let them waste. Michael picked out what he would eat and I took what was left over to my neighbor. She said her husband and sons would gobble it up.
My sleep wasn’t great when I started this “change of life”. I tossed and turned and just couldn’t get settled. I sleep BETTER now. I sleep soundly and I’m well rested. Throughout the day, I have more energy. I really love my increased energy. That is a complete change for me. I actually drink WATER now. Me, the Diet Mountain Dew queen is drinking water. I told you, “change of life”. This is all going to be great for my arthritis.
I am able to contact my coach anytime.
