    I love the recipes that call for measurements by weight (usually in grams). Just put the mixing bowl on the scale and add ingredients. This way you don’t have to get measuring cups and spoons dirty. lol

    Sometimes I like to measure portions of meat …. interesting to see how small servings are supposed to be.

    I use it to measure Natural Calm magnesium, etc
