I love clogs, I’m lazy, I just like to slip my shoes on. There are some days, that you need (or WANT) your shoes to look at little prettier than your garden shoes though. I was very excited when Ugglebo Clogs said they would send me a pair of Red Dublin Clogs to try out. I live in the color red, you know we are the Marmaduke Greyhounds!

I’m a geek so when the shoes came in I read all the papers included in the box. I found out that you pronounce Ugglebo {oog-le-boo}. I was wondering exactly how it was pronounced. They suggested that I wear my shoes only a couple hours a day for the first week or two.
I also found out more on Ugglebo Clog’s story while reading. Ugglebo is a Swedish Clog Company founded in 1965 by Sven Carlsson. Ugglebo Clogs are handcrafted and the company is committed to creating exceptional wood clogs that are custom-made.
Well, I decided that I would wear my new Uggleboo’s to Church on Sunday. That fit into the couple of hour time frame and I wouldn’t be on my feet during that time. I loved them. I felt good in them.
I like them on my feet!
I was afraid they would be hard to walk in since I’d never had a wooden pair of clogs. They weren’t hard to walk in at all. They were really comfortable. They even had a slight “give” in the ball of the foot, a cushion-y type feel.
